Wusah is a 7-year-old girl who was adopted in January of 2021. Her father was the Pastor of Light of God Bible Church. On March of 2017, the terrorist group known as Boko-haram invaded their town and killed so many people. Wusah and her mother escaped, but unfortunately, the father was apprehended while trying to help others escape.
However, because he refused to deny Christ, he was shot in the head. The mother never recovered from his death and in November, 2019, she died of complications resulting from high blood pressure. Currently, Wusah lives with the local Pastor who helped us find her a school. It’s a perfect arrangement, since his children are in the same age bracket as Wusah and also attend the same school.
