Dauda has been with Reni Ministries since 2005 and today, he is a final year student at Njala University, majoring in Public Health.
The first and only child, his father was killed by the Rebels during the Sierra Leonean war
in 1993, the same day Dauda was born. Two years later, his mother remarried, but also died
during childbirth with the infant. Dauda’s aunt raised him, but in 2004 when he was in 4th
grade, she passed. Dauda was left to the mercy of neighbors, doing chores for food and
board sometimes, until Dr. Reni heard his story from a Sierra Leonean church in
Philadelphia where sh e had gone to minister and right there, adopted him in 2006. Reni ministries placed Dauda
in a private boarding school from Junior High and now, he is about to complete a BSc. degree in Public Health.
